These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the securities analytics subscription services ("Service") provided by AJT GLOBAL SECURITIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

3. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription has been purchased or renewed, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued, including in cases of early cancellation, non-usage, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data.

7. Changes to Service & Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, as well as update these Terms. Material changes will generally be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
